Great location near restaurants and bars, and good wifi. the kitchen with pots and pans was useful for cooking our own meals.
The room was small and uncomfortable, like staying in a prison. the lack of a heater made it cold, and the bunk bed squeaked a lot.

Super cheap, very efficient. Two bars downstairs was nice and great location, kind of balanced between the ritzy and more seedy parts of Vancouver.
Building is old, and during the summer, the room had zero circulation, was hot!

The location is ideal. It is a good value for money. 24 hours free coffee and tea is available. Although it looks like an unsafe place in the first look, it was actually a safe stay for me. The helpful and friendly staff provided very handy city information and also stored the baggage for a few hours after check-out.
Smelly, dark and dingy corridors and kitchen. I was by myself in the room on day 1 but the room was allocated to another person to share from day 2 without my knowledge. I got back to my room at the end of the day to find a stranger sharing my tiny, dark room. It did not feel comfortable. The free breakfast was made of a muffin on the reception desk and nothing else! WiFi is pretty slow.. The common bathrooms are way too small and have doors made of semi-transparent glass. NO PRIVACY!

the room was surprisingly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the simple breakfast of a cup of coffee and a muffin, which was a great way to start our day. the receptionist was very friendly and the hostel had a great atmosphere with other respectful guests. It was also conveniently located near the cruise ship dock, perfect for our Alaska Cruise departure. Cons: Not easy to locate 😞.

Great location in the heart of downtown, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me during my stay.- The room was clean and cozy, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.
The noise from the bar on the ground floor could be disruptive at night, making it difficult to fall asleep. The breakfast policy had changed, requiring me to go to another location for a discounted meal instead of enjoying a free breakfast.
